Refund and Returns Policy

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both customers and OffersCart from fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, missing item, or wrong product complaints.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product(s) received
  • The issue being reported

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be approved.

3. Return Shipping Charges

For approved return requests where reverse pickup or return shipping is required, a ₹60 return shipping and logistics charge per order may be applicable.

If the issue is caused due to an error by OffersCart (such as a wrong product, missing item, or damaged product received), OffersCart may waive this charge at its sole discretion.

4. Replacement and Refund

After verification of the reported issue, OffersCart may provide:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund to the original payment method, where applicable.

The method of resolution will depend on product availability, order status, and internal verification.

OffersCart reserves the right to decide the appropriate resolution for each case.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Return or replacement requests may not be accepted in situations including but not limited to:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use after delivery.
  • Missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Claims that cannot be verified.
  • Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery products.
  • Clearance Sale or Special Offer products marked as non-returnable.

6. Return Request Procedure

To submit a return or replacement request, customers should provide:

  • Order ID
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Complete unboxing video
  • Brief description of the issue

7. Quality Verification

Returned products may undergo inspection before replacement or refund approval.

If the reported issue is found to be invalid or inconsistent with the submitted evidence, OffersCart reserves the right to reject the request.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after payment, the refund process (where applicable) will be initiated according to OffersCart’s internal procedures.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or other service charges may not be refundable.

9. Delivery-Related Delays

Delivery timelines depend upon courier partners and operational conditions.

OffersCart shall not be responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

OffersCart’s responsibility is limited only to the value of the purchased product(s).

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
